Little Shades Creek is a very unique 35 acre recreational facility unlike any other in the Birmingham area. Although the site is located in a densely populated area, it provides a sense of being far removed from civilization. Large stands of native trees cover much of the park providing shade during the hot summer months.
The Park offers the public a place to enjoy the outdoors. With its multi-use recreational field, gazebos, walking trails and grills, Little Shades Creek Park promotes passive recreational activities for the whole family to enjoy.
